If time is of the utmost importance, and you need to have me cut your puzzle(s) right away, for a special occasion or business function, I will do my best to work within your deadline, especially with Corporate clients who frequently have short lead times available to them. I offer the following three (3) RUSH plans as alternatives to my regular lead times.

Standard Puzzle Order Lead Times Regular pricing For 15 to 310 pieces = 2 to 3 weeks For 311 to 500 pieces = 3 to 4 weeks For 501 to 1,000 pieces = 4 to 6 weeks For 1,001 to 1,500 pieces = 5 to 8 weeks

Holidays to order your puzzles earlier than normal include: Christmas / Hanukkah Valentine's Day Mother's Day NOTICE for Rush Orders You MUST call me first before assuming that a rush order is possible, as I might already be working on one or more of them.

Super Sonic Rush Regular pricing PLUS 150% If I have your image and payment in my hands before 11AM, I will ship out your puzzle that very same day! For 12 to 310 pieces = Same Day Service! For 311 to 750 pieces = Shipped NEXT Day For 750 to 1,500 pieces = Shipped in 2 Days "SUPER SONIC Rush" orders are shipped Next Day Air - Pricing here I will gladly ship your order to you, using your shippers account Number, at no charge.

*If you are sending me an Image to be used in making your puzzle(s), the clock starts ticking once I receive your shipment or e-mail of your image(s).
**If you are ordering a puzzle (before 1 pm ET) from an image in my online art gallery, the clock starts ticking at the time you place your order. In cases where I do not have the art print you have selected in stock, 1 extra working day will be added to allow for my ordering the art print via Overnight delivery.

For birthdays, anniversaries and wedding dates that fall within 2 weeks of Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Father's Day, please plan with added caution of needing a longer lead time.

MY Vacation: I close Annually for 2 weeks from December 23rd at "noon" until January 11th... please plan your orders accordingly.
